Business License
Businesses, professionals, and occupations are eligible to obtain business licenses upon application and payment of the license fee. There are other permits and licenses that may be needed depending on the situation. (Please refer to the Guide to Establishing a Business or Developing Property for a full list.)
A Business license application can be filled out and emailed to Tracy Campise.
Once you have filled out your application, you may pay the fee online.
The application is not approved until a business license is issued. Based on the proposed type of business and/or proposed business location, prior to business license application consideration Planning and Zoning Commission and/or Board of Aldermen approval may be required. A Use Permit from the Eureka Fire Protection District may also be required. Contact the Fire District at 636-938-5505 for additional information.
