The City of Eureka is accepting bids from qualified vendors to provide concession stand supplies for The Timbers of Eureka at the Eureka Parks and Recreation Office, 333 Bald Hill Road, P.O. Box 125, Eureka, MO 63025 until 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 20, 2013 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Concession Supplies.” The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “The Timbers of Eureka Fitness Equipment”. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of Eureka, Missouri is accepting bids for Lion’s Park Concessions and Restroom Building Replacement Site Work at the Eureka Parks & Recreation Office, 333 Bald Hill Road, P.O. Box 125, Eureka, MO 63205 until 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2013 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Lion’s Park Concessions and Restroom Building Replacement Site Work”. Project Manual and Drawings are available for inspection at the Eureka Parks & Recreation office; SWT Design, 7722 Big Bend Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63119; Dodge/AGC, 6330 Knox Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO 63139 and Mokan, 4144 Lindell #316, St. Louis, MO 63108. Bidders may obtain copies of bid documents at County Blue, 1449 Strassner Drive, St. Louis, MO 63144 for the cost of reproduction. Bid documents are also available at the links below. Please note that there are two parts to the bid drawings. Make sure to download both parts to insure you have the information in it’s entirety. The City reserves the right to reject and or all bids.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the Lion’s Park concessions building at 11:00 a.m.
