PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City of Eureka Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Meeting Room, 100 City Hall Drive, Eureka, MO for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:

A petition initiated by the City of Eureka amending Chapter 23 of the Municipal Code relating to Home Occupation Regulations.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City of Eureka Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Meeting Room, 100 City Hall Drive, Eureka, MO for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:

A. A petition from Anthony Clavenna for a Special Use Permit for a display lot for the retail sale of used motor vehicles including activities incidental to this use on property located at 1721 W. Fifth Street.
B. A petition initiated by the City of Eureka for rezoning of an approximately one-half acre parcel from M-1 (Light Industrial) to PC (Planned Commercial) located at 90 South Central Avenue and legally described as a tract of land being in Survey 2071, Township 44, Range 3, Main Street vacation north of Burlington railroad and south of Union Pacific railroad in St. Louis County, Missouri as filed for record in Plat Book 08737 Page 2164 of the land records of said St. Louis County (Locator No. 29V331289).
C. A petition initiated by the City of Eureka for rezoning of an approximately one-third acre parcel from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to PC (Planned Commercial) located at 2 South Central Avenue and legally described as a tract of land being in Survey 2071, Township 44, Range 3, east of Eureka between Missouri Pacific railroad and Burlington Northern railroad in St. Louis County, Missouri as filed for record in Plat Book 09802 Page 1369 of the land records of said St. Louis County (Locator No. 29V340201).
D. A petition initiated by the City of Eureka for rezoning of an approximately 14.77 acre parcel from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to PC (Planned Commercial) located at 6 South Central Avenue and legally described as a tract of land being in Survey 2071, Township 44, Range 3, south of Antire Road and northwest of Burlington Northern railroad in St. Louis County, Missouri as filed for record in Plat Book 13716 Page 0578 of the land records of said St. Louis County (Locator No. 29U130078).
E. A petition initiated by the City of Eureka for rezoning of an approximately 2 acre parcel from M-1 (Light Industrial) to PC (Planned Commercial) located at 10 South Central Avenue and legally described as a tract of land being part of Lot No. 4 of the Williams Subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri as filed for record in Plat Book 20835 Page 862 of the land records of said St. Louis County (Locator No. 29U140033).
